Atlanta, USA/Bangalore, India, February 1, 2013 - GlobalDoc, Inc. has been retained to expand current worldwide marketing translation services to support Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions (TGCS) worldwide technical documentation translation requirements. In addition to continuing support for TGCS marketing translation needs, GlobalDoc was selected as the translation services provider for the TGCS Hardware Development and Life-Cycle Support group, providing translations for publications such as installation and service guides.

Ltd. is pleased to announce the company has been selected to continue to provide worldwide marketing translation services to IBM Corporation. GlobalDoc has been a core supplier of professional translation services to IBM since 1999.

For many years, GlobalDoc has partnered with IBM to provide support for major international marketing campaigns to support IBM's vast global presence. Supported organizations within IBM include providing translations and language-related content management and automation support for IBM Software Group (SWG), IBM Smarter Planet, IBM Systems and Technology Group (STG), and many others. In 2012 GlobalDoc was selected by IBM to provide translation services for their STG and SWG Ready-to-Execute (RTE) programs. Among these are the Business Agility, Mobile Enterprise, and Social Business programs. GlobalDoc continues to provide translation services for the RTE programs in 2013. As a core supplier, GlobalDoc has invested in custom software development and support via GlobalDoc's LangXpert software application to facilitate automation, improved worldwide communications, cost efficiencies, and quality control within the translation process.

In addition, GlobalDoc actively participates in IBM's corporate diversity initiatives. As a global player in the translation industry, GlobalDoc strives to promote diversity in all operational areas, including within human resource, vendor management, and charitable giving activities through the GlobalDoc Cares program. GlobalDoc reports second-tier spend on a quarterly basis in support of IBM's policies on diversity.

Thomas Foundation "Evening of Elegance" ball and auction as a Platinum Corporate Sponsor. The event will be held August 11, 2012 at the Sevierville Events Center. This is the second annual sponsorship GlobalDoc has provided to the Foundation.

The Dr. Robert F. Thomas Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization established in 1983 to help expand the range and quality of health care services available in Sevier County, TN. The Foundation is governed by an 18-member, volunteer board of directors that serves without compensation. Dolly Parton, one of the many babies Dr. Thomas delivered, serves as honorary chairperson. The Foundation depends on donations and grants from individuals, businesses, and charitable foundations to achieve its goal of helping Sevier County meet the continuing challenges of the rapidly changing healthcare field.

Atlanta, USA, May 8, 2012 - Today, GlobalDoc, Inc. announced the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ("PTO") has issued a trademark certificate of registration dated April 10, 2012 to GlobalDoc, Inc. for "LangXpert®." The trademark has been issued in conformance with PTO classes 35 and 42 whereby usage within both the translation and computer software services categories is recognized by the PTO.

In development since mid-2009, LangXpert® is an enterprise-level software application allowing internal and external users online access 24/7 to an automated system to manage workflow within GlobalDoc's translation processes and procedures. The software is utilized by GlobalDoc clients, employees, and translators worldwide. GlobalDoc has received extremely favorable client feedback especially in areas related to improved functionality and usability since beta launching LangXpert® in 2010. LangXpert® Release 1.0 was launched fully into production in September 2011.

LangXpert® Release 2.0 (R2.0) is planned for release in June 2012 whereby an application programming interface (API) to facilitate automation between LangXpert® and Stibo System's STEP 5.2 data management will be a key enhancement. This GlobalDoc API allows clients who utilize Stibo for corporate content management initiatives access to further automation related to global translation requirements whereby saving money, time, and enhancements to quality control and reporting within the translation process is recognized.
