GLOBALDOC BECOMES AN IBM BUSINESS PARTNER

Atlanta, USA, May 18, 2011 - GlobalDoc, Inc. is pleased to announce the company's acceptance as an IBM Business Partner through IBM's PartnerWorld program.

As a key translation services supplier to IBM since 2001, GlobalDoc has provided millions of dollars in translation services to IBM in multiple languages worldwide to support global IBM product and service initiatives.

To further GlobalDoc's supplier partnership with IBM, GlobalDoc has developed and implemented LangXpert, a GlobalDoc proprietary software application designed to fully automate translation processes and procedures from an internal, client, and translator perspective.  Included in LangXpert is the ability to coordinate IBM's content management initiatives with IBM translation requirements worldwide.  GlobalDoc will market and utilize LangXpert within the IBM PartnerWorld program.  LangXpert is also available to all GlobalDoc clients.

GLOBALDOC CONTRIBUTES TO THE AMERICAN RED CROSS

Atlanta, USA, May 4, 2011 - GlobalDoc, Inc. has made a $5,000 donation to the American Red Cross Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter Disaster Relief Fund to provide specific relief to the recent Southeastern U.S. tornado victims as part of the "GlobalDoc Cares" program.

According to the American Red Cross, "In the weeks and months ahead, the Red Cross will to be there to help disaster-stricken families get back on their feet, and support struggling communities in their recovery.  The needs of those devastated by the storms are immense, but because of the support of our donors, the Red Cross has the capacity to respond to each and every disaster, providing shelter, meals, supplies, and emotional support.

GLOBALDOC EXPANDS REACH INTO EUROPE
Company to open an office in London, UK

GlobalDoc’s new office in the UK will enable the US company to bring proven high quality, cost effective and customer driven service offerings to Europe.

GLOBALDOC CONTRIBUTES TO FEDEX TRADE MISSION TO INDIA

Atlanta/Bangalore, November 9, 2008 – GlobalDoc, Inc., a worldwide leader in translations and communications, announced today its participation in the FedEx Trade Mission to India. The Mission, sponsored by FedEx and organized in conjunction with the U.S. Commercial Service, will take place from November 9-15th across several cities in India, including New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
